Meet our Chef | James Baker
James’ passion for cooking started at a young age. This passion grew and motivated him to become the Chef he is today.
James worked as an executive chef at Monte Casino. He also worked abroad, serving Barack Obama in the Whitehouse. He teamed up with the brother of an American Top Chef and director of ACF (American Culinary Federation) to start Detroit underground cooking, a fine dining restaurant experience in different secret locations using the Farm 2 Fork concept of buying straight from the farm to the fork. James became an internationally qualified Master Chef in America.
His passion for creating a wholesome yet mind-blowing culinary restaurant experience combined with his belief in feeding our bodies with the best of what the earth has to offer.
